Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Malus VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile network connection application (referred to as the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse the App, its trademarks, interface, text, configuration files, or related materials without authorization; reverse engineering, bypassing security mechanisms, or creating derivative versions is prohibited. Intellectual property related to the App belongs to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device, account, and password security. Jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unknown system components is not recommended.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. While using the App, you are also subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Service functionality depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device bills, carrier restrictions, weak signal, roaming charges, system permissions, or local network policies. Use outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data fees, and you should ensure you have authorization from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with applicable laws. Although we work to maintain route information, app updates, and compatibility, some network conditions may be affected by third-party services, carriers, or regional policies. We may release new versions when needed, and you agree to update as prompted. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service for reasonable cause; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
Software Non-Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Malus VPN. Please read this refund policy before purchase and use free or trial access first to confirm whether the product fits your network environment and needs.
Non-Refund Policy: Once digital service access or software benefits are activated, the sale is generally final and not eligible for no-reason refunds.
Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test speed, regions, and device compatibility through the free version, demos, or short-term plans before purchasing.
Customer Support: If technical issues occur, contact support and we will help troubleshoot client, account, node, and subscription issues.
Technical Issues: Network environment or device configuration may occasionally affect use. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but an issue alone does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if an account, license, or digital access benefit is shared, resold, stolen, or used in violation of the terms.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this refund policy, and updates take effect when published.
By purchasing and using Malus VPN, you understand and accept this non-refund policy.
