This Privacy Policy explains how Malus VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you download, install, access, or use the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We process necessary data to provide stable and secure network connection services and limit internal access and third-party sharing under this policy.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect information needed to operate the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, app version, connection status, error logs, access time, and approximate region. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on region and network status; 2. diagnose crashes, connection failures, and performance issues; 3. send necessary service, security, or account notices. We do not use this information to build profiles for sale.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, app distribution, and basic statistics. Except where required by law, needed to protect users or platform security, investigate fraud, or work with service providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not disclose personal information to third parties. You may stop new operational data collection by uninstalling the App through your device system.

User-provided data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period required for legal, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if such information is collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and operational monitoring to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal requirements, product features, or operational changes. If you continue using the service after updates are published, you accept the revised policy.
